Pastor Ricky answered the call to First Alliance Church in June of 2026. He is a respected pastor, author, and leadership voice whose ministry faithfully bridges spiritual formation and transformational leadership. For more than 23 years, he has preached the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ with clarity, conviction, and compassion, strengthening the Church and encouraging believers to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
His ministry has extended beyond the walls of the local church to the nations, where he has participated in missionary efforts and preached the Gospel in Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Honduras, Jordan, Turkey, the Dominican Republic, and Ghana. Whether serving at home or abroad, Pastor Ricky is deeply committed to the work of advancing God’s Kingdom and building up the body of Christ.
A former commercial pilot and flight instructor, he brings a rare and insightful perspective to his ministry, helping people navigate not only the external responsibilities of leadership but also the internal battles that shape one’s character. He is the author of The Five Hazardous Attitudes: Ways to Win the War Within, and through this work he has equipped corporations, universities, and congregations across the United States with practical tools for personal growth and resilient leadership.
Pastor Ricky is also a proud United States Air Force veteran whose life reflects honor, discipline, and a lifelong commitment to service. Above all, he is a devoted husband and father. He is joyfully married to his wife, Amber, and together they are the proud parents of their daughter, Karys Lillian.
