Children's Ministry
Philosophy
Children are a very important part of the ministry at First Alliance Church. We not only recognize that children need to be ministered to, but that they are able to minister to others as well. Our job is to equip and release them to exercise their God-given gifts inside and outside the church walls. We do not see our ministry to children as keeping them entertained while the adults do the important work of ministry. Children are a vital part of the ministry of the church.
Outreach Ministry
The church owns a 25-passenger bus which we use to transport children, many of whom come from unchurched families and whose parents are from other countries, primarily Latin America. Along with other children in our church, over 10 countries other than the U.S. are represented, including China, the Philippines, Zimbabwe, Vietnam, India, Mexico and other Latin American countries. We view this diversity as a strength.
